DANA deposit and withdrawal

DANA is one of the most popular e-wallet options in Indonesia, and mejawd fully supports DANA deposits and withdrawals. To deposit via DANA, log in to your account, navigate to Cashier, and select DANA as your payment method. Enter your desired deposit amount — DANA typically supports deposits ranging from our welcome offer to our welcome offer per transaction. Click "Proceed," and you are redirected to the DANA app. Confirm the transaction using your DANA PIN or biometric authentication. Once confirmed, funds arrive in your mejawd account within subject to verification. For withdrawals, go to Cashier → Withdraw, select DANA, enter your withdrawal amount, and confirm. The funds are transferred back to your DANA wallet within subject to verification after verification. DANA withdrawals are subject to your account's daily and monthly limits, which you can review in Account Settings. OVO and GoPay usage

OVO and GoPay are widely used payment methods in Indonesia, and mejawd accepts both for deposits and withdrawals. To deposit via OVO or GoPay, log in, go to Cashier → Deposit, and select your preferred method. Enter your deposit amount and click "Proceed." You are redirected to the OVO or GoPay app, where you confirm the transaction using your app's authentication method. Deposits typically arrive within subject to verification. Before your first withdrawal, you must link your OVO or GoPay account to your mejawd profile. This is done in Account Settings → Payment Methods → Link Account. You provide your phone number and confirm the link through your payment app. Once linked, withdrawals are processed within subject to verification. Both OVO and GoPay require account verification (KYC) before withdrawal eligibility. If you have not completed KYC, you can still deposit but cannot withdraw. Complete KYC by uploading your ID and proof of address in Account Settings → Verification. Processing typically takes subject to verification to 2 hours.

BCA, Mandiri, BRI, BNI virtual account

mejawd supports bank virtual accounts (VA) from BCA, Mandiri, BRI, and BNI. Virtual accounts provide a dedicated account number for each mejawd user, making deposits straightforward and traceable. To deposit via bank VA, go to Cashier → Deposit and select "Bank Transfer." The system generates a unique virtual account number for your chosen bank (BCA, Mandiri, BRI, or BNI). Transfer funds from your personal bank account to this VA number using your bank's mobile app or ATM. Deposits typically arrive within subject to verification after the transfer is confirmed by the bank. You can reuse the same VA number for multiple deposits. For withdrawals, go to Cashier → Withdraw, select "Bank Transfer," and enter the bank account number where you wish to receive funds. Withdrawals are processed within subject to verification and transferred back to your linked bank account. Bank VA deposits and withdrawals are subject to your bank's daily transfer limits. If a deposit does not arrive within subject to verification, contact your bank to confirm the transfer status, then reach out to mejawd support with your transaction reference number.

Fees, limits and verification

mejawd does not charge deposit fees for any payment method. Withdrawal fees vary slightly by method: e-wallet withdrawals (DANA, OVO, GoPay) typically incur no fee, while bank transfers may have a small processing fee (usually our welcome offer–5,000) depending on your bank. Deposit and withdrawal limits are set per account and vary based on your verification level. New accounts with basic verification can deposit up to our welcome offer per day and withdraw up to our welcome offer per day. After completing full KYC verification (uploading ID and proof of address), limits increase to our welcome offer per day for deposits and our welcome offer per day for withdrawals. KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal and typically completes within subject to verification to 2 hours. You can check your current limits and verification status in Account Settings → Verification. If you need higher limits, contact our support team to discuss options.

Resolving a stalled transaction

If a deposit does not arrive in your mejawd account within the expected timeframe, first check your payment app (DANA, OVO, GoPay) or bank account to confirm the transaction was sent. If the payment was deducted from your account but has not appeared in mejawd, note your transaction reference number or receipt ID. Log in to mejawd, go to Help → Contact Support, and open a ticket describing the issue. Provide your transaction reference, the payment method used, the amount, and the time of the transaction. Our support team investigates within 2–4 hours and either credits your account or provides a refund to your original payment method. For withdrawals that are delayed or under review, check your email for any verification requests from mejawd. Some withdrawals trigger additional security checks, especially if the amount is large or your account activity is unusual. Complete any requested verification steps (such as confirming your identity or providing transaction details) to expedite processing. If a withdrawal remains pending after 24 hours, contact support with your withdrawal request ID. Our team prioritizes stalled transactions and works to resolve them within 4–8 hours of your report.
